Further, while Plaintiff raises objections to Defendant's Second Set of Interrogatories and Second Request for Production in his Response, see [ECF No. [86]], he failed to timely do so when the discovery was propounded. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 34(b)(2)(A) (giving thirty day deadline to respond or object to requests for production); Fed. R. Civ. P. 33(b)(2) (giving thirty day deadline to respond or object to interrogatories). Thus, Plaintiff's objections are untimely and waived. See S.D. Fla. L.R. 26.1(e)(2)(A) ("Any ground not stated in an objection within the time provided by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or any extensions thereof, shall be waived."). THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Plaintiff's OmnibusMotion. [ECF No. [80]]. Though unclear, Plaintiff requests several independent forms of relief in a single motion, including an extension of all pretrial deadlines, a protective order, and an order compelling discovery and imposing sanctions. [[Id.]]. As an initial matter, such filing, combining separate forms of relief into one motion, is improper and should be denied on this basis alone. See Woliner v. Sofronsky, No. 18-CV-80305, 2018 WL 8787752, at *1 (S.D. Fla. July 19, 2018) (denying omnibus motion containing two separate and distinct requests for relief and noting that such motions "unnecessarily complicate" the case) (citing In re Seminole Walls & Ceilings Corp., No. 6:01-BK-01966-KSJ, 2014 WL 6808316 (Bankr. M.D. Fla. Dec. 2, 2014)). Nevertheless, the Court will consider each request separately.

Plaintiff's motion for extension of time is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Any request to extend or otherwise modify the Courts' pretrial deadline must be made by separate, independent motion and directed to the District Judge.

Plaintiff's motion for protective order is DENIED AS MOOT to the extent that it is related to Defendant's Motion to Compel, [ECF No. [83]], that has already been ruled upon by the Court, see [ECF No. [88]].

Finally, Plaintiff's motion to compel and for sanctions is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff may file a separate discovery motion that clearly identifies the specific discovery relief and any sanctions sought, and sets forth the legal basis supporting each request. The motion should be limited to solely discovery matters and related sanctions, and should not contain any other separate requests for relief. Plaintiff must also certify that he conferred with Defendants in a good-faith effort to resolve each issue raised in the motion. The certification should specify the time and date of the conferral, and the exact topics conferred upon. Any issue not conferred on will be denied. The motion should be no longer than 10 pages in length and should be filed no later than September 16, 2026. Defendants, five days thereafter, shall file a response no longer than 10 pages. This ORDER amends and supersedes Order at DE106,in light of written correspondences to the Court submitted by Plaintiff and Defendant advising that (1) the parties AGREED to cancel the deposition of Plaintiff originally noticed for September 24, 2026, (2) Defense Counsel was unavailable to take the deposition of Plaintiff within the next fourteen (14) days, (3) Defense Counsel proposed three (3) alternate dates for the deposition of Plaintiff to be taken on October 23, 2026, OR October 28, 2026, OR November 12, 2026. Taking the agreement between the parties under advisement, on [DE93] Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order ("Plaintiff's Motion"), filed on 09/16/2026, Defendant is ORDERED TO respond in writing to Plaintiff's Motion by 09/30/2026. Further, Plaintiff is ORDERED to respond, in writing, by 09/30/2026, to advise of his availability to sit for deposition on October 23, 2026, OR October 28, 2026, OR November 12, 2026.
