On September 3, 2020, the Court entered an Order affirming and adopting Magistrate Judge Hunt's recommendation that Plaintiff's Motion to Enforce Judgment and for a Writ of Execution, [ECF No. 67], be granted. See [ECF Nos. 71, 72]. Accordingly, the Court ordered the Clerk of Court to issue a writ of execution against Defendant Klone Enterprises. [ECF No. 72]. On September 3, 2020, the writ of execution was issued. [ECF Nos. 73, 74]. Since then, Plaintiff has filed letters, see [ECF Nos. 75, 76], and made calls to chambers appearing to request assistance from the Court to collect on his judgment. The Court cannot act without a proper motion or provide legal advice. However, the Court will refer this matter to the Volunteer Attorney Program, where a volunteer attorney may accept the representation on a pro bono basis if so desired.
